3D Letters
There are three main types of 3D letters and each can be made from a variety of materials dependant upon the requirements.
Flat Cut Letters
Flat cut letters are produced in sizes from 4” to 30” and can be made in a variety of materials from Foamex, Acrylic, Dibond, Aluminum or Steel.
They can be fitted directly to a backing board or wall producing relief, resulting in a more pronounced sign.

Moulded Letters
Moulded letters are produced from acrylic in sizes from 6” to 24” in a range of colours and give a pronounced rounded look to the sign resulting in a sign with more impact.
These hide the fixings from view which the flat cut letters do not, but can only be made in a standard set of typefaces.

Built Up Letters
Built Up Letters can be made from acrylic, aluminium or stainless steel in sizes from 6” upwards.The returns to the fascia can be much larger on these types of signs than with moulded letters, they can be made to larger sizes and in any typeface required.
These types of signs produce bold, striking signs that catch the eye.
